- The Company helps businesses mainly from the UK, but also from all over the world, to locate and recruit sales agents. Sales agents are self-employed sales people. Activities include: consultancy, digital magazine and website publishing, recruitment services, management services, legal services, and international services. Location: - The company office is located in Kenilworth (http://www.kenilworthweb.co.uk), which is a town in the midlands between Coventry (8km), Birmingham (20km), and Stratford-on-Avon (20km). The most famous feature of Kenilworth is its historic ruined castle: http://www.english-heritage.org.uk/server/show/nav.16873 It is also very close to historic Warwick, with its amazing medieval castle (one of the UK's most popular tourist attractions http://www.warwick-castle.co.uk/.) Also Stratford Upon Avon is close by - the birthplace of William Shakespeare. London is about 160 km south, and there are train stations in Leamington, Warwick and Coventry that go directly to London in about 1.5hrs. The nearest airport is Birmingham International, about 15 km away.

Job Responsibilities: - Administration of sales, marketing and finance processes. - Working closely with CRM system (Act!). - Responsibility for putting a monthly digital magazine together (no design required). - Sales Administration: invoicing, preparation of order confirmation paperwork, chasing payments, managing advert contents and confirmations from clients, working with in-house graphic designer, proofing adverts to clients for approval, credit control, proofing and approval of design, etc. - Updating of website advertising area: uploading and removing adverts, advising clients etc. - Marketing, E-marketing (via Mailchimp) and social media duties (Facebook) - Liaison with UK and international clients in a B2B (business to business) environment - Many other day-to-day routine duties and activities, ad hoc administration duties Duration: - 6 to 9 month placement Start date: - As soon as possible
The Successful Applicant
Essential requirements: - Excellent written and spoken English - Excellent attention to detail - Ability to work professionally, quickly and accurately whilst under pressure - Ability to work to tight deadlines - Ability to communicate with accuracy and clarity in both verbal and written communications - Strong IT skills, MS Office etc. Desirable attributes: - Preferably some previous work experience in administration - Preferably some previous work experience in a commercial office/business environment - Strong telephone communication skills - A confident, outgoing and sociable personality - Preferably some experience in a marketing or sales environment - Preferably an interest in small business
What's on Offer
Perks & Benefits: - The successful candidate will receive a cash allowance of £700 (GBP) per month. - The successful candidate will be provided with accommodation in Kenilworth. This is at a locally competitive rental of between £330 and £360 per month, plus share of bills. The flat will be shared with up to 3 other international students and is very close to your place of work. This will be compulsory. NB: This remuneration package is not negotiable under ANY circumstances. Any attempt by any applicant to re-negotiate remuneration will result in immediate and permanent withdrawal of our services.
