We are a family run practice with over 30 years’ experience of providing a wide range of advice to private individuals. Our clients range from professionals and business owners, through to entrepreneurs and those now enjoying their retirement. We also work with a number of businesses and organisations from the private and public sector, providing advice, support and business consultancy.

1. Working closely with all advice staff developing their understanding of best practice within the administration processes. 2. Act as a gate keeper for the practice identifying any potential issues and addressing them prior to them becoming an issue 3. Prepare meeting support packs for each planned meeting. 4. Prepare valuation reports 5. Maintain the diary system. Establishing a reliable review schedule for all clients. 6. Build and maintain the client data base through input of all client fact finds data into SWIFT. 7. Ensure that all case administration is completed including collation of paperwork and business submission, completed within the regulatory timescales.(money laundering documentation, Advice Notes, check and complete application forms and illustrations).. 8. Liaise with clients and external providers to obtain any information required to complete tasks. 9. Complete any general administrative tasks such as typing and photocopying as directed by the office manager. Whilst working with the administration team, you will be enrolled within our apprentice scheme, working towards professional qualifications. More detail on this will be provided at interview stage.
The Successful Applicant
Job Skills 1. A strong working knowledge of the regulated financial services market. 2. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and SJP office systems 3. Data base and client management 4. Be a strong communicator - Written & verbally 5. Strong planning & organizational skills 6. Ability to priorities 7. Ability to work under own initiative making decisions and resolving issues. 8. Problem solving 6. Ability to build a strong working rapport with Clients other members of the practice.
What's on Offer
£7.50 per hour starting salary. Pension dependant on age. Company bonus scheme based on yearly performance. 25 days holiday per year (using three days for Christmas). As you progress your earnings will increase and once you become a qualified financial advisor, you will start on a £25,000 basic salary, £300 per month additional income used for a car and a phone, plus on target earnings of £40,000.
