- Responding to customer enquiries over the phone, electronically and occasionally face to face - Provide accurate information to customers regarding pricing and timescales - Accurately processing orders - Handle and resolve customer complaints - Organise own workload in line with customer and company needs - Manage a large amount of inbound calls - Once have a full understanding of product range, be able to offer alternatives and additional products to customers - Keep up to date the company’s salesforce system - Build relationships with customers
The Successful Applicant
Use of word, excel and outlook email. The candidate must be confident and a team Player as well as having excellent communication and a strong work ethic.
