City Relay is a short let property management company. We manage everything on behalf of our hosts. We provide full management services: reservations, 24/7 guest relations, check-in, key exchange, luggage storage, maintenance and cleaning services, as well as advanced marketing and advertising of the properties to help landlords with the many challenges they could face with their vacation rental. Last but not least, our Reception spaces based in the heart of London pose a competitive advantage for both our hosts and guests. We provide full management services: marketing of the properties, distribution to 20+ booking channels including Booking.com, Airbnb and others. We provide in-house housekeeping and maintenance services, key exchange, check-in and check-out at our reception desk in the centre of London.

ABOUT US? City Relay is a rapidly growing short rent property management company based in London venturing also in property acquisition, development and management. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing start-up. The position requires a highly motivated, bright and committed individual who thrives in a dynamic and challenging environment and is result-driven. You’ll be supporting our Business Development Team with the onboarding of new clients and related administration tasks. DUTIES Work closely with the Business Development team Deal with introductory calls with potential clients: present our offers to potential clients by giving them all relevant information, promoting our competitive advantage and be ready to respond to any questions. Responsible for the onboarding of clients e.g. scheduling photo shoots, initial clean, listings, EPCs Communicating with the Reservations and Distribution Team for property listing Using our CRM Aid in the preparation of monthly sales reports
The Successful Applicant
REQUIREMENTS Great communicator with excellent written English is mandatory Studying towards a Business, Management, Sales or another relevant degree Negotiation skills Attention to detail Organisation and coordination skills
